The Tatnall House

The Tatnall House is located in one of the most charming part of the Historic District within easy walking distance to every points of interest. This is an area of leafy squares, fountains and shady streets. The house is decorated in an early Victorian style. It is also located close to a free shuttle bus stop which takes you to Riverfront area, City Market and throughout the Historic District.

This spacious 1,200 square foot private guest quarters is on the garden level of a beautiful historic home which was built in 1850.  It features a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a large walk in dressing room, firelplace,  a second bedroom with queen size bed, sitting area and fireplace. There is a large bathroom including bidet, a large living/dining room with 2 working fireplaces,  an fully equipped and beautiful country kitchen with a stocked refrigerator.  It also features a private landscaped courtyard.

The Tatnall House offers all amenities of a private  B & B including extended continental breakfast, housekeeping services and helpful information & advice about historic sites, restaurants and other visitor attractions.

 Rates:  $360/night + tax for the use of 2 bedrooms        $290/night + tax for use of only one bedroom.

 Reservation/Cancellation policy:  A non-refundable payment of the first night of the reservation is required at booking.  Seven days prior notice of cancellation or change of date is required.  If cancellation notice given less than 7 days prior to check-in date, the guest will be responsible for full payment of entire reservation period.
