Eugenia-Kerr Carriage House

The Eugenia-Kerr Carriage House is a two-story Carriage House, period 1843, located in the center of the Historic District, off our beautiful Madison Square, and within easy walking distance to every points of interest. This Carriage House, as many others, features a parking garage on the street level and living quarters on the second floor.

The guest quarters of this comfortable private inn are distinguished by an oversized bedroom suite with balcony overlooking a remarkable courtyard. Ideal setting for our guests in search of privacy and romantic atmosphere! As shown below, the Suite features a bedroom area with Queen size canopy bed dressed with the finest bedding, a sitting area including 2 trundle twin beds, an efficiency kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & sink. A private bath with shower is located on the first floor.

Amenities: In-room continental breakfast; TV/VCR; robes; iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Private garage parking (small and mid-size SUV's are fine but large SUVs (Armada, Tahoe, Expedition, Suburban, etc., will not fit).

 Rates:  $225/night + tax       3rd guest: Additional $35/night + tax;    Up to 4 guests: Additional $50/night + Tax.

 Reservation/Cancellation policy:  A non-refundable payment of the first night of the reservation is required at booking. Seven days prior notice of cancellation or change of date is required. If cancellation notice given less than 7 days prior to check-in date, the guest will be responsible for full payment of entire reservation period.
